In our sacred women’s circles I will hold a safe space for us to share and explore what issues are currently going on in our daily lives. We will honor the divine feminine and embrace the creative energy that flows through all of us. 

 

We will do some brief pranayama (breathwork), qi gong (energy cultivation and protection), and guided mediation with loving and healing intensions followed by oracle card readings.

For Goddess Circles held at my office, RSVP required and Women Only are included. ~ Space is limited to 8 ~ Love Offerings of $30 are appreciated.

When held at Unity of the Oaks, no RSVP is needed and all genders are welcome. Every week Unity holds a Mediation on Wednesday from 7-8pm. Occasionally I get to lead it, and it will be similar to the Goddess Circles I hold at my office. Love Offerings to Unity of any amount are appreciated.
