Natural Incense
I discovered this awesome company at The Art of Living Retreat Center’s gift shop. I was there for the Ram Dass Summer Mountain Retreat in Boone, NC. Come by my office to get your own Samhain Incense just in time to celebrate Halloween. It is a macabre blend of frankincense, spiced herbs and mulled cider. I have two additional scents to tray as well: Hermitage is an intimate blend of patchouli, lavender and citrus. While Imbolc is a cleansing blend of cedar wood, sandalwood, lemon and holy basil. I am also carrying Sea Witch Botanicals’ Immunity Salve which features Eucalyptus, White Thyme, Clove, Orange, and Cinnamon. It can be applied to pulse points like the wrist and just under the ear for a subtle herbal perfume to enhance health. Sea Witch Botanicals’ mission statement is “to keep the world's water healthy by providing natural home and body products that are good for you, and the environment.” Being a B Certified company makes them even cooler.
Vital Body CBD
I first fell in love with Vital Body’s Muscle & Joint Relief Cream when I had an acute back sprain and a respected colleague recommended it. The mild scent, pain relief, and healing properties make it a must have for my bedtime routine when I have muscle aches and pains.
Luminous Facial Oil
I am a minimalist when it comes to my facial care and this hemp CBD oil does it all for me. I use it morning and evening and absolutely love the way it makes my (50 year old!! 😊) skin feel and look: luminous, soft & hydrated.
Vital Body’s Luminous Facial oil contains 1200 mg hemp CBD. The superstar oils in the formula include prickly pear seed, chia seed, rosehip, sea buckthorn, rose, chamomile, bergamot, geranium and meadowfoam.
Muscle & Joint Relief Cream
I often use Vital Body’s CBD & Arnica Muscle and Joint relief cream on my patients in clinic to finish off a treatment. It is specially formulated for joint pain, muscle soreness, and skin irritation. It has 800 mg of Hemp CBD along with Arnica, Calendula, Chamomile, Comfrey, Lavender, Dandelion, Ginger, Orange, Cedarwood and Vetiver. Extra pain relief is provided by Menthol and Eucalyptus, but the amounts are small enough so their scent is not overpowering.
